With nearly ten years of experience teaching yoga, Pilates, and barre, she is also a certified personal trainer and breath coach. Daisy’s private sessions are filled with love, free of judgement, focusing on feelings not numbers. Daisy encourages you to connect with your bodies and mind, fostering awareness of your health journey, ensuring each experience is meaningful and enjoyable.
