ABOUT TIDE METHOD

As a highly trained barre, Pilates, breath work teacher and personal trainer, you are in great hands. Daisy has been living in Nashville, Tennesse for the last few years where she taught barre and Pilates full time. Daisy has developed the Tide Method, a development of 3 distinct barre classes. With her wealth of knowledge and hands on experience; we are excited to invite you to her unique classes. All bodies and fitness levels welcome!

We offer 3 different class types of barre designed to compliment each other perfectly. Barre is a low impact but intense workout, expect the unexpected as you either flow, sweat or pulse through signature barre movements to the beat of the music. Rooted in ballet, dance and Pilates but grounded in movement fundamentals.
