Brought to you by experienced Pilates, yoga and breath work trainer Daisy, who has developed this unique method of mindful movement for nearly a decade. Daisy

After achieving significant success with her namesake jewellery brand, Daisy discovered a profound passion for movement. An experienced trainer, barre teacher and yoga teacher, Daisy meticulously developed the Tide Method (our signature class modality)over nearly a decade of dedicated practice.

As Director of Training, Daisy focuses on cultivating a harmonious synergy between mindful movement, conscious breath work, and elevated well-being. She teaches in-person classes in Chichester and Southbourne. Daisy also has openings for personal training clients in the area interested in a holistic and mindful approach to training.

Rowan

With over a decade of experience in the UK media landscape, Rowan honed her skills working with a diverse range of leading brands and organisations. She brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and a deep passion for personal growth to Tide Wellness. Having successfully built brands from the ground up, Rowan is excited to join Daisy on this mission to share the unique Tide Method with the world.
